Metal Roofing Systems reroofed our home with a metal roof and I’m glad I choose them. The quote they gave me clearly defined the scope of the work to be done and had only one pricing variable due to the possible removal of bad substructure (which there was none). I did add an item while they were already working and Jack gave me a price before hand so I could agree before they did it. Their office was responsive and the crew men they sent were uniformly courteous and respectful. I asked that they not work on Sun day and the foreman respected that even though the men could have left for another job a day earlier. The yard was cleaned up every night and their working hours were convenient for my family. I own my own business and I hope everyone who does business with me is as happy with me as I am with Metal Roofing Systems.

Metal Roofing System reroofed our 90+ year old home with a metal roof. Working with this company is one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. We found Jack to be an excellent salesman, knowledgeable about options, a good communicator and listener that provided helpful, detailed answers to our questions. He recommended a shingle product and color he said would look great on our style of home. We are very happy we heeded his advice. Over a year has passed since the house was reroofed. We still receive regular compliments from passersby, neighbors and contractors about the appearance and roof color. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the roofing materials, workmanship and the security the roof provides our home. Snow/sleet/rain clear off the metal roof quickly. With the former asphalt shingle roof, there was the potential for ice dams. We used a snow rake to combat them. Now the snow rake has been retired. The crew that installed the roof worked hard at their job, were courteous to a fault, took pride in their workmanship, left the worksite clean and completed the job very timely. The crew leader in particular stood out to us. He met with us before starting work and when the job was done to review a checklist, receive our input and answer our questions. He and his crew addressed every concern we raised while work was ongoing. We highly recommend this company.

Your workmen, they are more than installers, worked professionally and were not afraid to answer my questions, even the hard ones, that I would usually save for you, the boss. In cutting the metal, flashings, etc, they are masters. That part of construction is usually messed up (as I have observed throughout my career). Your guys did it right. Also the “on the job” requirements were all done to satisfaction. Thanks Guys!

Finally Jack, you handled that first check mistake (ours) with class. No “cry baby” comments. Thanks Jack! Over all, we would recommend your company and work to anyone who asks.

What is better than EXCELLENT! Metal Roofing Systems was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Mike was very easy to talk to from setting up appointments to see the job, to explaining the click-lock system to us, to getting the job ready to start.

From there Rob and his crew took over and we felt extremely comfortable with the guys working on our house while we were not around. Of course, we had to have the work started during the coldest weather in over 20 years in Wisconsin. The crews were very conscientious about the area they had to work in. they took care to avoid my wife’s flowerbeds whenever possible. Clean-up after each day was excellent, and some days we didn’t even realize they had been out.The final look of the new metal roof was just as Mike and Rob explained it would be. They did a great job despite poor weather. Complete tear-off on original part of home including original 100+ year old cedar shingles. Installed cold-flow system with aluminum roof that looks like slate panels and 6″ half-round gutters. We received many compliments on the gutters, no one even notices the roof is aluminum, and we enjoy lower electric/gas bills now with the roof being an Energy Star product. We are having the roof over the addition done next month with standing-seam aluminum roof to accommodate solar panels.

After being told I was “lucky” that I got 18 years out of a 25-year shingle, I knew I needed to research more sustainable options for my next roof. I really didn’t want to be doing this again in another 10 to 15 years.

The metal roof seemed to be a great option and I sat down with Mike who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was pleased to find that there were several colors and styles to choose from. The Gaurantee is unbeatable. It is ecofriendly and energy efficient as well.

I chose the Oxford Aluminum in Hunter Green and could not be more pleased with the job done and how it looks. The roofers, Rob and his team, were very hard workers and took extreme care not to damage my extensive gardens around my home. I am looking forward to enjoying the benefits of this roof including no snow buildup or ice dams.
